　　SAT作文考试是对考生逻辑思维能力的重要考察，而这种逻辑思维能力通过文章结构是最容易清晰的表达出来的。在SAT作文评分标准中，对结构有如下的要求：is well organized and clearly focused, demonstrating clear coherence and smooth progression of ideas.

　　一篇完整的SAT作文结构应该是这样的：

　　1 Introductory sentence.

　　Thesis. Sentence previewing three examples.

　　2 Transition + topic sentence.

　　Support sentence. Additional support (Example 1)。 Closing sentence summarizing the paragraph (with the take-away point)。

　　3 Transition + topic sentence.

　　4 Transition + topic sentence.

　　Support sentence. Additional support (Example 3)。 Closing sentence summarizing the paragraph (with the take-away point)。
