SOP means Stantard Operating Precedures.

当销售总监的秘书不是谁都能做得来,但是你可以学。你是我们自己批培养出来的人。装修的过程里面已经充分地表现出你的自我要求和能力,这是一次升职。你应该就是能够接受挑战,并且可以完成得非常好的人。
A person can't just walk in off the street and do this job. But you can learn. You're the first girl we've trained for this. During the renovation, you've shown your potential, ability, and this is apromotion. You can overcome this challenge. You're the only one who can do this.
