- An unusual job
I would like to be a beautician whose job is to make up for the dead, a little different from the ordinary occupations. In my opinion, no one in the world does not like being beautiful in front of others, the dead is no exception. Well, I want to take on this career for 2 reasons. Firstly, being a beautician for the dead is a promising and potential occupation. Nowadays there are few people taking this job. However, there is a increasing demand for this kind of person. Additionally, for my part, I like taking challenges and adventures. To be a beautician requires a person to acquire a lot of skills and professional knowledge, which is the important point I like. In conclusion, I prefer to be a beautician cause it Is promising and challenging.
- The best time of a day.
I really enjoy the time when all my family members and I sit together to watch TV in the evening. In a day, we hardly have time to communicate with each other about something happens around us. After we go back home from company and sit together to watch TV, we can talk a lot, thus getting a general knowledge of other members’ life in the day. As we sit together, we can talk what happens in the company and give some advice for others who meet difficulties in their job. On the other hand, we can express our opinions and comments about the program and TV drama, like the main actor’s bad acting skills and the funny performance of the host of a program. By this way, we can communicate a lot and become closer to each other.
- An important decision you have made.
The important decision I have made is to take the postgraduate exam one year ago. When I was a senior student, I wanted to give up my dream of being a postgraduate in the Hunan University. However, my mom insisted that I should have a further study of my major and did not allow me to give up. I struggled but it ended up with a failure. Thus, firstly I was reluctant to prepare for the postgraduate exam. I began studying with unwillingness and laziness. Whereas, 1 month later, I became more and more interested in my preparing road to be a postgraduate and addicted to the process. The road to be a postgraduate is long and hard. During those days, I repeated the single and tedious life style. Even though I failed this exam, I studied a lot from this period, being positive and patient when you meet a difficulty.
- A tool of transportation you like.
When it comes to the tools of transportation, I would like to take the bus. Even though many citizens now own a car, there are still a great number of people who are too poor to afford a car. Thus taking a bus is a common choice for people. Moreover, taking a bus can reduce the air pollution, and then protect the environment. To an extent, it can alleviate the transportation stress, which is beneficial to people’s life. Finally, it takes only 1 or 2 yuan to take a bus, which is so economical and convenient for most citizens. That’s why I prefer to take a bus instead of riding a car.
- Describe one of your neighbors.
I would like to talk about one of my neighbors, Catty, whose job is an English teacher. She is so kind and generous that she often thinks of others first. Moreover, she never talks something bad behind others. For example, one person who was put into prison for theft was considered to commit this crime again. Nearly every member in our community criticized this thief and condemned his bad behavior. However, what Catty did really astonished me. She tried to talk to others that it was still a doubt whether that man committed this crime and we should not reach a conclusion so early. It was unfair to him. Admittedly, we should make it clear and then judge whether he is guilty or not. From this trivial thing, I really admire her attitude and decision. I would like to make a friend with her, and now we are really good friends. What she has done influences me a lot.
