Definition: Natural passage way.
Example: In Australia, bears suffered from food insufficiency because people built highway and it divided the forest into two halves. To solve the problem, people built a bridge over the highway and planted trees on the bridge to make the bridge look like part of the forest, then bears started going over the bridge to reach out for the other half of the forest to search for food.
Task 5
Problem: The man is the manager of a concert and they are sending some equipment but the truck broke down.
Solution 1: Find a volunteer to carry the equipment with him

Utility form and utility of place.
Utility form: the product should have the features that the customers need, for instance winter coat should be warm and waterproof.
Utility of the place: the product should be sold at the place where customers need it. For example winter coats in Alaska are needed as winter there is cold; but on a tropic island, winter is not that cold, so the sales won't be that good either.
