　　找工作的过程，总是面试、崩溃，反复面试、反复崩溃。

　　To find a job, maintain your cool.

　　【面试】

　　你能不能描述一下你为什么从上一个单位离开呢?

　　Why did you leave your previous position?

　　原因比较复杂。但是从内因上讲呢，我有我的职业理想。

　　It's complicated. You said it was for of internal reasons. It's because I have a dream job.

　　【入职培训】

　　Orientation其实就是新生培训。

　　Orientation mean training for new employees.

　　上有个人的照片和姓名

　　ID card with with your name and photo

　　门禁卡很重要

　　Extrance card is very important

　　饭卡是公司的福利。

　　The meal card is a company benefit.

　　规章制度管理

　　rules and regulations

　　SOP指的是“标准作业流程”

　　SOP means Stantard Operating Precedures.

　　福利非常优厚：除了五险一金，还有额外商业医疗保险，年底双薪，十天的带薪年假，还有十二天的带薪病假。

　　The benefits are very generous. A regular salary, plus five insurance, one fund and extra health care benefits. Doubles salary at year end, 10 paid vacation days and 12 days paid sick leave.

　　Consider each company's advantages, disadvantages, reputation, risk. Analyze them and bring me the final decision. Don't give me these unprocessed files.

　　玫瑰虽然严厉，但她是一个好老板，好老板的标志就是能从她身上学到东西。而好员工的标志就是——和领导保持高度。

　　When scolded by your boss, it's ok. Learn to disinguish his/her needs and what decisions require your full completion.

　　如何让老板重视你?不仅要做好，而且要展示的好。你不努力，你很悲惨。你很努力，但不会适当展示，你一样很悲惨。

　　How to keep the boss appreciating you? You can't just work effectively, but also must show your potential. If you don't work hard, you'll get nowhere. If you do work hard and don't show your talents, you'll still get nowhere.

　　【升职】

　　当销售总监的秘书不是谁都能做得来，但是你可以学。你是我们自己批培养出来的人。装修的过程里面已经充分地表现出你的自我要求和能力，这是一次升职。你应该就是能够接受挑战，并且可以完成得非常好的人。

　　A person can't just walk in off the street and do this job. But you can learn. You're the first girl we've trained for this. During the renovation, you've shown your potential, ability, and this is apromotion. You can overcome this challenge. You're the only one who can do this.

　　【竞聘】

　　首先，欢迎你参加公司内部的竞聘。你如何认为你自己可以胜任HR主管这个职位?

　　Firtst of all, welcome to our internel competitive selection process. Can you tell me why you think you're qualified for HR mannager?

　　原因有三点。，我在公司的人事行政部门任职两年，对HR的工作有一定的认识。第二，我对自己进行了HR课程的系统培训。第三，我在担任销售总监秘书的一年当中，对公司其它部分的工作流程有了更为深入的了解，同时继续参与HR的工作。我认为我完全可以胜任这个职位。

　　Three reasons. First, I've worked in Personnel for two years, so I'm familiar with our HR operations. Second, I've completed an HR systems course. Thrid, while serving as Sales Directorsecretary, I've gained a deep understanding of how other departments function all while maintaining my HR duties. I believe I'm the perfect candidate.
