　　Take control of your continuing education and personal growth. Every six months, give yourself specific learning goals, and include these on your performance dashboard. Then design a plan to achieve each goal. Don’t focus only on improving your weak spots; concentrate on your strong areas as well. Your natural talents are tremendous assets. If possible, volunteer for a project team that has a top-level performer. Working with exceptional people can help raise you to their level. Figure out ways to stretch your skills inside and outside of work.
