49.good leader应有哪些qualities？ 

In my opinion, a good leader should have the following qualities: confident and kind. The leader should be confident both of himself and his fellow members. Every time he walks in the working group, he should bring a strong feeling of authority, and makes his students feel a definite sense of trust. And the leader should be kind to his fellow members. If a leader is too strict, his fellow members would be afraid to ask questions, and that will decrease the efficiency of their work. 

50.同不同意People should always tell the truth. 

Honesty is highly valued in Chinese culture. But I definitely disagree that people should always tell the truth, because lying is necessary sometimes. 

One example is the white lie. People always tell white lies to prevent other‛s feeling from being hurt. Like husbands always say their wife is the most beautiful woman in the world to please her, even though they both know it can‛t be true. 

In addition, in business or politics, people use lies or bluffs as a negotiation strategy to win more benefit for their side. Such kind of lies is also acceptable. 

So, I hold that not telling the truth is ok and even helpful sometimes.

52.Do you agree that we can judge a person by the appearance at the first glance? 

I don‛t think it‛s reliable to judge a person by the first glance, just like you can‛t judge a book by its cover. 

Firstly, appearance can‛t represent all. The information of a person you can get from a glance is very limited. And to get a full picture of another person takes much more than a glance. There are so many information that you can‛t tell from people‛s appearance, such as the past, hobbies, eating habits and so on. 

Furthermore, appearance may lies, it may trick you. What you can get is partial, which may even lead to prejudice. A person who dress decently and talk sincerely doesn‛t imply he‛s definitely guiltless and kindly. 

So I support that one shouldn‛t judge a person just from the appearance.
