1: Which of the following brings you more pleasure? Spend time with friends, study by yourself or doing sports? Explain why in details.

　　Spending time with my friends definitely brings me more pleasure out of the three options mentioned. First of all, Friends are amongst those few people who accept us, rather like us, as we are. They never come into our life, expecting us to change for them. However, they do correct us when we are at fault. Also, After family, friends are the one who care for you. They bring a smile on your face when you are sad and they go out of the way to make things alright for you.

　　2 : Some students prefer to have an early class schedule with classes in the morning, others prefer to have a late class schedule so they can go to classes in the afternoon. Which one do you prefer? Explain why.

　　I prefer to have an early class schedule for the following reasons. First of all, I don't mind getting up early in the morning because I'm a morning person. I really like it when I can start my day early 'cuz by the time I finish all my classes, It'd only be around noon, I would still have plenty of time to do my things before dinner. This means I can hang out with friends in the evening without getting behind schoolworks. On the other hand, having a late schedule means I'll probably sleep in. It'll be sun down already by the time I finish classes. I won't have much time to do anything else after I finish my assignments.

　　阅读：学校发布一个通知，让学艺术的同学（fine art department）义务下个学期在附近的小学教小朋友画画，这样不但利于小孩子在经费不足的情况仍然有可能接触艺术，同时对学生也有好处。

　　听力：男生同意

　　理由一：小朋友没有接触艺术的途径。他自己小时候有同样的经历，他小时候也在一个小地方的学校，条件不好，所以能体会到很重要

　　理由二：他自己既学艺术又学教育，教学经历有助于改进他未来教学方法

　　The university announces that students in the fine art department have to teach primary school students drawing next semester, because those kids will get access to art even when they don't have enough money and it will do benefit to the college students.

　　Reason 1: These kids have little access to arts. The man realizes its importance from his own experience.

　　Reason 2: The man studies both art and education. He thinks that the experience teaching kids in primary school will help him improve his teaching methods in the future.

　　听力：教授的例子是他兄弟以前不喜欢学校的校长，还和教授抱怨过，后来他兄弟变得喜欢他们校长了。当教授提起他曾经负面评价学校的校长时，他兄弟很吃惊

　　Reading: Consistency effect means people often cannot realize their change of comments towards several things.

　　Listening:

　　The professor gives an example of his brother who disliked his president in the past, he even complained about the president with the professor. But later he changed his mind towards him/her. When talking about the negative attitude he used to have towards the president, he was very surprised.

　　评价：但是他开车回家要4个小时，而且那天有场比赛他想看

　　Key Points:

　　Problem: The man has broken the racket in the gym which is $60.

　　Solution 1: He can replace the broken one with his brand new racket in his house.

　　Comment: He has to drive home for nearly 4 hours, but he wants to watch the game that day.

　　Solution 2: He can pay for the racket directly.

　　Comment: But it will cost him a lot of pocket money.

　　方法一：身体特殊的构造

　　举例：一种小型的哺乳动物，他脚很大，脚趾很**（没听懂） 在雪上是覆盖的表面积很大。

　　方法二：改变行为模式

　　举例：一种moss(没听懂)，会组团在雪上，flat,其他的成员就不会陷进去
