For instance, climate change threatens every country, as rising sea levels, unpredictable weather patterns, and increased natural disasters go beyond national boundaries. Therefore, international agreements and policies are needed to effectively fight climate change. Another example is the spread of diseases. The COVID-19 pandemic has shown that diseases can spread rapidly across the globe, making it necessary for countries to work together in developing ccines, sharing medical resources, and coordinating travel policies. This cooperation not only speeds up the resolution of health crises but also helps in preventing the spread of diseases.

However, many critical issues can be effectively managed at the national level without extensive international cooperation. Issues like poverty, hunger, and corruption are deeply rooted in the unique social, cultural, and governmental contexts of each country. National governments, with their understanding of local dynamics, are better positioned to develop and implement targeted policies tailored to these challenges. Another area where national solutions are important is in the management of natural resources and environmental protection. While global cooperation is vital in setting broader environmental goals, the effective management of natural resources – such as forests, rivers, and wildlife – is largely a national responsibility. Countries must develop and enforce their own environmental regulations to ensure sustainable development.
