overview段可以写:所有的能源发电量整体都呈现上升趋势,且natural gas发电量变化最显著。

在职场,有很多因素激励着人们。一些人认为金钱是最重要的激励。你是否同意?

motivate指的是the reason why someone does something 也就是说在这个题目中可以理解为,让人们工作的原因有很多,有人认为金钱是最重要的。这个题目建议可以双边写作。
Body#1有些人认为人们工作的最重要因素是为了经济回报因为这些人的确他们的生活是需要工作收入来的。对于这些人来说他们需要负担自己的住房,以及子女的教育费用,老人的医疗等。这些开支对于他们来说都需要工作的收入来负担。对于这些人来说,工作带来的薪资待遇就是最重要的,所以他们会更愿意为了优厚的薪酬去努力满足工作的要求,甚至是为了工作牺牲一定的休息时间。
