Failure to solve this issue results in disastrous repercussions, such as a decline in biodiversity and an increase in extreme weather events. International cooperation enables nations to share ideas, experiences, and technology while co-creating a fund to address environmental issues. Countries with high levels of pollution need financial and technological support to transition to clean and alternative energy sources and minimise greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, agreements such as the Paris Agreement and shared objectives, such as carbon neutrality by 2050, give a clear framework for each nation's commitments.
