外交部官网也发布了一则外长的公开谈话。外长称：“这再次证明，一些美国政客已经沦为中美关系的“麻烦制造者”，美国已经成为台海和平和地区稳定的“最大破坏者”。”
“It proves once again that some U.S. politicians have become 'troublemakers' of China-U.S. relations, and that the United States has become the 'biggest destroyer' of peace across the Taiwan Strait and for regional stability.”
背信弃义用英语该咋说呢?
背信弃义
我们可以先看外媒是如何翻译“美方在台湾问题上背信弃义，令人不齿，只能使美国的国家信誉进一步破产”这句话的。
土耳其国家通讯社是这样报道的：“The treachery of the US side on the Taiwan issue is deplorable (adj. 糟透的;令人震惊的;令人愤慨的) and can only further bankrupt the US national credibility.”
这里的“treachery”作为名词，意为“背信弃义;背叛;变节”;
举个例子：
Crook had resigned his post rather than be party to such treachery.
克鲁克已经辞职了，不愿参与这种背信弃义的行为。
“The U.S. side's act in bad faith on the Taiwan question is despicable and will only further bankrupt the United States' national credibility. ”
“faith”作为名词可以理解为“信仰;信任”等;“bad faith”理解为“恶意;欺骗;失信;欺诈”等;“act in bad faith”指的就是“做出欺诈的行为”，理解为“背信弃义”。
Acting in bad faith is an act of intentional dishonesty that occurs from someone not fulfilling their legal obligations, deliberately misleading someone, entering into an agreement with them with no intention of fulfilling the obligations, or violating the basic principals of honesty in your dealings with others.
恶意行为是一种故意不诚实行为，是指某人不履行其法律义务，故意误导某人，与他们签订协议而无意履行义务，或在与他人交往中违反诚实的基本原则。
Tellerroport报道：“Wang Yi stressed that the perfidy of the US side on the Taiwan issue is deplorable and can only further bankrupt the US's national credibility.”
这里的“背信弃义”用的是“perfidy”，名词，意为“背叛;背信弃义”。
窜访
很多朋友在网上讨论“窜访”用英文该如何翻译才更准确。
很多人用了比如“dirty visit”，“dark visit”，或者“mousey visit”，“sneaky visit”之类的描述，咱们可以看看媒体报道用的是什么词。
ChinaDaily是这样报道的：If Pelosi's visit to Taiwan is made, tensions between the two sides will rise, which will have a severe impact on peace, stability and development in the Asia-Pacific region.
CGTN的报道是这样的：A slew of media columnists and opinion writers for major international outlets have warned of the risk should U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi proceed with a visit to China's Taiwan region, with some criticizing the 82-year-old Democrat as "irresponsible."
这里的报道在描述“窜访”时直接用的是“visit”，在这个语境中是可以的，但是有些朋友可能觉得没有翻译出“窜”的含义。
New York Times是这样报道的：The Chinese word used in the official statements for “visit” — cuanfang — connotes a sneaky or illicit encounter, not an aboveboard meeting.
这里的sneaky作为形容词理解为“偷偷摸摸的、鬼鬼祟祟的”;illicit也是形容词，意为“违法的、不准许的、不正当的”;encounter指的是“碰面、会面”。
之前印度总统莫迪访问孟加拉时，国外网友称之为“ill-intentioned visit”，不怀好意的到访，这样的表达也可以用在这里。
此外，我们可以看到，更多媒体其实是把佩洛西的行程称为“controversial visit”或者是“controversial trip”。
其实我一直觉得翻译有种遗憾美，很多人都觉得中华上下五千年文化，汉字文化博大精深源远流长，但是英文或者其他文字同样有它们的魅力所在，有时候在翻译的时候或多或少会流失掉一些意蕴。因此，遇到好的翻译总会忍不住感叹：翻译得太妙了。
