今天新航道雅思培训团Tracy教大家回答本季度雅思口语part1话题：watch. 拿到这个题目，想必大部分烤鸭如Tracy般，自手机诞生以来，已不知手表为何物？然而考官就是这般让人难以捉摸。闲话不多说，先上题：

1. How often do you wear a watch?
答题思路：先以频率副词来作答，然后加上supporting ideas。大部分烤鸭们习惯在part 1表述supporting ideas的时候用原因来扩展，于是出现好几个because，从而造成句式表达的单一。为了避免这类问题的出现，大家可以用for the reason that来代替。
语料补充：

every now and then 时常
once in a while 偶尔
rarely / hardly ever 几乎不
once in a blue moon 极少
参考答案：
I hardly ever wear a watch for the reason that I usually check my mobile phone for the time. What’s more, it is difficult for me to find one to match all my outfits perfectly.
2. What was your first watch like?

题目类型：观点性
题目解析：这个问题虽然出现在part 1，却是一个典型的part 3问题 — 问people in general, 而不是simply your experience and example. 针对这类问题，Tracy给出一个part 3的答题技巧，就是按人群类别来回答。先不直接回答问题，而是以类似于it depends这样的time buying phrases来开篇，一方面烤鸭们可以趁机思考接下来准备说什么观点，另一方面也是在组织答案的框架；然后分别讲各类人群的喜好。
参考答案：
It depends on which age group you are talking about. As for elderly people, they tend to wear watches because it is more comfortable for them to check the time with this old traditional way. Speaking of the majority of young people, they hardly ever wear one unless they are not allowed to use mobile phones in situations like examinations or things like that.
