Dear sir or madam:
I am writing to you(第二人称指的是阅读信的人。) to express my dissatisfaction with one course of your school.
I enrolled in(一般过去时，因为注册课程是过去发生的事情。) this training course two weeks ago to prepare for IELTS. The course, as suggested by pamphlet of your school, aims to(一般现在时，因为这个课程的目的一直没有变。) help students improve vocabulary and speak fluent English. The advertisement also claims that(一般现在时，因为这个课程的广告一直没有变。) the course is taught by well-qualified teachers, who can help us acquire a foreign language effectively within one month.
There is,however, a gap between these claims and the quality of the class. First of all, the class was oversized, and the teacher was not able to adapt(一般过去时，因为描述的是学生过去的上课体验，现在这个课程可能不是这样的。) class materials to suit the needs of different students. The teaching methods are another problem. The teacher required us to learn vocabulary by rote, and I have found(因为我的发音问题现在还存在，这是现在的事情，所以用现在完成时。) that pronunciation remains a problem.
I would like to suggest some changes to this course. Students of different levels should be(情态动词，因为这些事情还没发生，是对以后改变的一个建议。) assigned to different courses, so high-levels groups can progress at a faster pace. It is also important to give us more opportunities to practice vocabulary rather than learning it by heart.
