W:What do you think of this painting?
M:To be honest,I don't acturally like modern,I prefer traditional paintings.
W:But Picasso is a famous artist.
M:I know he is.But I don't understand the point of it,it's just too abstract for me.
W:You know his early work was more representational than his late work.
M:Really?
W:I think all good artists start was traditional stars.
M:Maybe. What do you think about this one?
W:I've never seen anything else like it.You can see all the stiches in the cloth and everything.
M:This is much more my style.I can appreciate art like this.
W:This artist might not as creative as Picasso,but she certainly is very skillful.
M:Look at this painting,it's so detailed.
W:You are right.I think XX's paintings were always very detailed.
M:I love the XX on this one,the color is so intent.
W:Which one of these do you prefer,the still life,the portrait or the landscape?
M:I don't really understand still life paintings.Most of them are just boring fruits,so boring.
W:You might find more interesting if you look at ombre strips the and lighting.
M:Maybe.Let's move on.I heard the art exhibition on the next floor is amazing.

M:In your opinion,what's the most famous painting in the world?
W:I'd say that would have to be the portrait of Mona Lisa in the Louvre.What do you think?
M:You're probably right.Have you ever seen it?
W:No,I've never been to France.But if I will to go,I will definitely take a trip to Louvre to see it.Have you?
M:Yes!I saw when I was in Paris about 10 years ago.
W:Well,how was it like?Was it really impressive?
M:It was actually much smaller than I'd imagined.
W:Really?How big is it?
M:If I remembered correctly,it's about the size of a piece of A4 paper.
W:That's interesting.I always thought that would be big too.
M:That would everyone more say.To be honost,I don't know why it's so famous?
W:She's got a great story behind the picture.Nobody really knows who the woman was.
M:I know.But she is not that beautiful.In fact,she kind of looks like a man.
W:You know,some people said that acturally a ……
M:Really?I've never heard that before.So who do you think is the real Mona Lisa?
W:I'm not an expert,but my guess is that somebody he really loved.
