托福复考，头两场利好
重复了2019年12月7日以及10月13日的考题呢！！
Nothing can be compared with the joy when making new friends, especially for teenagers. Though ways are various, the best one is no doubt participating in a sport team.
The work-like structure in charitable activities prevents the likelihood of a friendship. Even in a voluntary job, in which the work do not pay, participants’ roles vary by positions, and there may be conflict of interest. Some of them are in the leadership role while others are the subordinates. It is hardly unlikely that people make new friends across the divisions, because the hierarchical structure forces them to isolate with each other. Moreover, even between the same level, hardly can the relationship be formed as the job may conflict, which is common in workplace.
Instead, a sport team in school usually consists of amateur players. All the team members are much more likely to play for fun and recreation due to the same hobby. It is this point that differs from the volunteering job in community. Also, not only does the team have any potential conflict in work-like activities, players are also equal individuals, which facilitates the friendship due to the lack of hierarchy. That sport team members meet regularly is another merit, compared with that travelers meet by coincidence, and hardly can people make friends if they rarely meet. The previous travelling did help me make several friends and we even added each other on Facebook. however, when we went home back to normal like, they have been the silent ones in my contacts or sometimes commented on my updates, which is no way for further communication. The opposite case is my friends in basketball team, because we train and play together every Tuesday and the weekly meeting let us know each other better and want to become besties.
