今天开始，我们看看在逻辑上会出现哪些问题。当然，就整个the Argument task而言，问题的种类不少，我们今天的示范，只是举例（出现在今天选用的短文中的）常见的几种问题。
我们先看短文： According to an independent poll of 200 charitable organizations, overall donations of money to nonprofit groups increased last year, but educational institutions did not fare as well as other organizations. Donations to international aid groups increased the most (30 percent), followed by donations to environmental groups (23 percent), whereas donations to educational institutions actually decreased slightly (3 percent). Meanwhile, all of the major economic indicators suggest that consumer spending is higher than average this year, showing that potential donors have ample disposable income. Therefore, the clearest explanation for the decline in donations to educational institutions is that people actually value education less than they did in the past. Write a response in which you discuss one or more alternative explanations that could rival the proposed explanation and explain how your explanation(s) can plausibly account for the facts presented in the argument. 然后，我们找到如下5种问题： 1. 样本问题： a) whether the 200 charitable organizations is enough for drawing a reliable result b) the specific composition, the diversity, of the 200 charitable organizations 2. 百分比问题： a) The 30-percent increase and the 23-percent increase may be based on small base amounts, making the increases insignificant. b) After the 3-percent decrease, the donations may be still enough. 3. 它因问题： a) Rather than having ample disposal income, other factors may be the contributors to the higher-than-average consumer spending. 4. 平均值/比较级问题： a) In term of this year’s consumer spending, being higher than average, a comparative level, does not necessarily mean being at a high level. *5. 范畴问题： a) Making donations to educational institutions that are nonprofit is only one of the multiple indications of that people value education. 以上这5种问题是the Argument task整个题库中常见的问题种类。我们在接下来的几讲中会逐步覆盖全部的种类，并且会不断重复那些常见的问题种类（以供大家加深印象和巩固）。
