Negotiation of Compensation Trade

所谓补偿贸易，就是买方不以现汇支付，而以产品或加工劳务分期偿付进口设备、技术和专利等费用为方式进行交易的一种特殊贸易方式。商务实践中，常以下面的表达开启补偿贸易谈判的大门：We want to import some equipments of your company through compensation trade．（我们想用补偿贸易的形式进口一批你公司的设备）。
