各位考生在雅思口语Part1中曾经碰到过Smile和Laugh的话题，这是两个完全不同的概念。如何去分辨微笑和大笑，领会表面含义很简单，但是带到话题中去描述，考生们总是觉得“解释不清”。
回忆一下我们的emoji, “大笑“脸和“微笑”脸。
Laughing face and smiling face
Laugh: opened mouth, eyes become straight lines, laugh out loud, burst into laughter
Smile: wear a big smile, wipe the smile off your face, all smiles

和朋友一起笑出眼泪：一起看喜剧，一个很好笑的笑话，一个滑稽的行为
Watch comedy movies together, tell a hilarious joke, see a funny business
A funny business 在口语当中代表滑稽的行为
Laugh with friends是基于和朋友们在一起做了欢快的事
have fun together, stay away from the busy life, just enjoy the pleasant time
2) Do you usually make your friends laugh?
和幽默的朋友在一起总是会笑得很开心
I like staying with the friends who have got good sense of humor.
幽默感会带来：an interesting conversation, strong will to talk, and look forward to seeing them next time

1) Do you like to smile?
Actually, I have got used to show a smile in front of others. It is a good way to show my politeness in public, as a smile means a great impression, especially to the people you meet at the first time.
微笑有时是出于礼貌，和大笑比起来，微笑更偏向于刻意的表情，有时不是真心流露的表情。
Respect and friendliness could be seen through smiles. If people don’t smile, an embarrassing atmosphere / situation would appear, that’s not good.

如何识别出假笑: facial muscle movement, appearance or familiarity
如果你足够了解一个人，ta是开心还是郁闷，真心还是假意，一眼便知。
If my bestie had a fake smile, I might recognize it, but not for a stranger as I don’t know them before.
Ex. A smile from my friend could be recognized as a fake one or a real one, as we have known each other for long time. After we have a quarrel, I know the smile must be unfriendly. But for strangers, you never know.
