First, domestic education can do the job properly. Many of our teachers of foreign languages are qualified and erudite enough. Professionally trained to be instructors, they use languages with precision, flexibly adopting various teaching methods to cater for students’ need. In another word, their use of the foreign languages is like that of native speakers, and their teaching effectiveness is guaranteed by educational authorities. Since they can teach fairly well, why would we send out students overseas?

Students sent abroad are highly likely to have already formed a strong primordial cultural identity in their motherland, which indicates they may be rejected and evenexcluded by foreign cultures. In a nutshell, students need not to spend time living in other countries for learning language and culture. Neither is it necessary nor of conspicuous essence. → 背下来去套得了。
