Considering the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the according disadvantages are crystal-clear. Initially, hardly can the basic survival of the self-employed be well ensured. More accurately, due to a person’s incapability, he or she can hardly juggle multiple roles such as salesman, consultant, and even a leader, which are usually played by several professionals in each specific field.Additionally, it is due to the lack of the excellent companions that can be encountered in a corporation that they may fail to draw inspiration from others, thus being unable to fully tap their potentials.
In light of the above, the reasons why people tend to work for themselves have been enumerated, and the according side effects are also clarified.
