很多人在眼看到“two-time”时
都会下意识地翻译为“两次”
其实，这是错误的！！

脚踏两条船，对...不忠 ，欺骗，背叛
【相传在1924年，美国肯塔基州有个刑事案件，罪犯因“同时拥有两位性伴侣”而酿成祸事，警方称当事人“have two at a time”。后来“have two at a time”简略成two-time，用来表示那些不时沾花惹草的行为。】
例如：
I ended the relationship when I found out he was two-timing me.
当我发现他脚踏两条船时就与他吹了。
Tom was two-timing on her grilfriend, so they broke up.
汤姆脚踏两条船，所以他女朋友跟他分手了。
表示“对爱情不忠，脚踏两条船的人”，
可以用 two-timer 来表示她/他
例如：
He has two girlfriends and is a two-timer.
他竟然有两个女朋友，真是脚踏两只船。

例如：

背叛某人，出轨
例如：

你终于有机会劈腿了，哈？
He didn't feel remorseful about cheating on his wife.
他出轨但是一点内疚之心都没有。

不忠的
例如：
You've been unfaithful and I hate you guts.
你对我不忠，我恨死你了。
Have you ever been unfaithful to your wife?
