Those specialists can take some field trips to analyze the soil conditions, and then do research on flora species over the world to see what kinds of edible plants can be grown massively in the distant zones.【分】In addition, the authorities can regulate the food price. For instance, they can construct infrastructures like roads, railways and airports to reduce the logistics cost. Also, the regulatory department can fix a reasonable food price to make the food affordable by the native residents, and once the retailers violate the regulations, they will be fined.
