写法：with + 数据
解析：“with 35 quadrillion (35q) units used in 1980, rising to 42q in 2012”可以替换“from 35 quadrillion (35q) units in 1980 to 42q in 2012”
“独立主格，形成对比关系”
Overall, the US will continue to rely on fossil fuels, with sustainable and nuclear energy sources remaining relatively insignificant.
写法：with + noun. + doing …
解析：在结尾段，也可以使用如上的例句，with前后构成对比关系。
