从常理上讲，男性一般都会比女性更能喝酒。女性不仅容易喝醉，而且酒后反应很强烈，恶心呕吐，头疼，等等。不过你知道为什么会这样吗？

Women also tend to have more fat and less muscle than men,even tall women. This is significant because muscle tissue containsmore water than fat does, and alcohol dissolves in water and thus is diluted.

But overall, women suffer from more dehydration, exhaustion,headaches, and nausea. With every drink, women are reaching higherdegrees of intoxication than their male counterparts and thus it makessense that they’re reaching higher degrees of hangover too. Moreresearch is needed though to determine for certain why women’shangovers are worse.

 

但从总体来看，女性要经历更严重的脱水、头疼、恶心呕吐，产生更强烈的疲劳感。与同龄男性相比，每饮一杯，女性的醉酒度提升的更高。这也说明了为何女性醉酒之后的反应会更为强烈。不过要确切知道为何女性宿醉更为严重，还有待进一步的调查研究。
