之前不少同学在雅思口语备考时，对于这个问题讨论过很多次：
Family business, 是指家族企业，那么必须要找像沃尔玛这种规模的，才能算家族企业，便开始无尽地“百度”。其实，family business字面意思就是 a business run by a family, 那么一些小规模的餐厅，奶茶店或者便利店，都可以是描述对象。
Describe a family business you know.
You should say:
· What it is?
· How did you know them?
· What roles do they play in this business?
And explain why do you want to talk about them?
我不喜欢编故事，我喜欢part 2的话题有真实感，喜欢和考官分享我的经历。
我要描述的family business是我非常喜欢的一家noodle lounge
How did you know them?
既然是个小店，名气肯定不是来自网络或者商业圈, good taste, fantastic service or best price都有可能是我慕名而来的理由。
One of my neighbors opens a small restaurant, the whole family helps the business in the restaurant, because there is a great amount of work to run a noodle lounge.
在这里，介绍这家面馆的同时，点题1：the whole family manages the business
Breakfast – fried bread stick, Chinese dumplings, soy milk 谁说面馆只有面，还有早餐（所以很忙啊。。。点题2）
怎么忙：open at 6.30 in the morning, get up at 5 am to purchase the fresh materials, set up the cooking equipment, take 30min at least to cook, repeat it every single day;
开始介绍餐馆的主要美食：Lunch – brunch, noodles and fried rice, instant food, provide to the young people who are busy in working;
点题3 （家里的亲戚一个都不落）
Uncle – chef, good at cooking, tasty food, popular
Aunty – clean up the table, greeting customer
Grandma – cashier
Relatives – clean the dishes, purchasing
And explain why do you want to talk about them?
全家出动，我谈论这个family business的理由还用说吗
Last for more than 10 years, small years, cover their living cost, even the tuition fee of their children
Nice food, good service and regular open-time
最后再概括一下我对这家店的感觉。点题4
